The Imperial Order of Truth

Uniforms regalia and donations

All captured members have the right to call them Knight/Dame in the Imperial Order of Truth,
as soon as they received their documents from the order.

This means: If the name is John/Jane Doe, you can use the post nominal letters
from his rank, as do John's knight. Looks like this:
John/Jane Doe KOT. ( John Doe Knight Of Truth )( Jane Doe Dame Of Truth )

If John/Jane Doe however was a Knight Commander the post nominal would be:
John /Jane Doe KCOT etc. ( John Doe Knight/Jane Doe Dame - Commander of truth)

Donationand payments:

Payment to the Order is in the form of a small set donation.

This is due to all funds.

Payment to the order goes to the operation of the Order and
Procedure projects.

Approved New members of the Order, will receive their Documents and
Regalia after Payment is made to the Order Account, Prices for the yearly Donation:

Payment date is always the 15-06-20xx (current Year) in order to produce the new ID
Cards with the new validation date and the latest new picture send to the Order.

The Donations request from members:

All Members of the Order have pledged to support the Order with a yearly donation of:
250.00 US Dollars

Honorary Support Members and Esquires pay a yearly Donation of:
110.00 US Dollars

Honorary Awarded Ranks without positions in the Order does not pay an
obligated donation.
Prices for the 6th. monthly Donation can only be accepted if we are close to
half way entering the New Year. Of the Order, this always starts the 1st of July every year.

Example:
Joining the 01-11-2012, the donation will be first time for half a year:
125.00 US Dollars.

(Honorary Support Members and Esquires pay a yearly Donation of: 55.00 US Dollars)

Joining 15-09-2012, the donation will be for one year.
The Order always looks to closest half year period, for first time donation.

Medals and the Price for obtaining it:

Purchase of medals:

Besides donation to the guild, the individual member can be committed to
purchase the medals belonging to the achieved status in order.

This clause goes for:

International council Grand Masters
International council masters
International council commanders
Country Grand masters
Country Masters
Country Grand Commanders

Medals must be purchased through the order, and this must be done within
60 days from the obtained rank / status.

With all the medals comes with a document image of the medal, its
importance and the knight's name.

If Failing to Retrieve Medals within the Time Limit with no valid reason
the Members become Pendants.

Knight Grand Cross

All the Honorary members and titles are free to decide whether they want
to obtain the regalia belong to: The Honor given/granted them.

All positions come with a Document, each with its unique registration
number. This means the document are officially is in the Order Protocol,
and the Imperial Protectors protocol.

All documents contents a Lack Seal,with the simple coat of arms, only documents

carrying that are authentic.

The Order has 12 different medals.

The Medals to be earned and approved is stated bellow:

1. The Order Medal:
This medal is granted to all knights/Dames in the order, the medal
symbolizes the virtues and pledges the members have made, also it is
to all full approved members.

2. The Grand Cross:
This is given to Knights/Dames, who have risen above the rank as
Knight/Dame to Knight Grand Cross or to Knight Commander,

3. The Council Grand Cross:
This medal is given to members who are under the International
Council.
The medal can also be granted to others who will be appointed, for
their service together with the International Council.

4. Order of Merit:
The Order of Merit comes in 3 degrees:

1st red color

2nd black color

3rd grey color

Starting with the 3rd, the medal is rewarded for excellent work for the
order in helping the order grow stronger and bigger.

Medals of Honor: 

Intern Medal of Honor:

The Medal of Honor comes in red color for internal distinction.

The Medal of Honor comes in White color for extern distinction.

Medal of Recognition:
The Medal of recognition comes in 3 degrees.

1st is Red colored

2nd is Grey colored

3rd is Blue colored

These are rewarded for everyone either in the order or outside. It is
for their work for either the Order or the Mankind (humanitarian or
environment), outstanding service without personal benefit.

Honorable Knights:

This Medal is rewarded to People who are not in the order as an
approved knight/dame.

But still is supporting the Order or the visions the Order have.

All Medals and regalia worn with the Uniform must be approved by the
International Council.

Wearing some without that approval is against the Golden Rules will have
consequences by that.

All Members who are ranked under RED or BLUE cross are obligated to
Purchase their medals within 60 Days of their approval.

The Medals are obtained by paying the production cost, the shipping cost,
and 8% profit to obtain the development and maintains of the regalia.

This however does not mean the regalia are for private keeping. They are
and always will be the property of the Order. (See the appendix Roles and Sanctions)

Should one loose the right to the regalia, it must be given back to the Order for destruction.

We do not resell used regalia.

The Medals can only be purchased after achieved status approved by the Councils in the Order.

Sword - Mantel - Uniforms

The Order Have Their Standard Uniforms for both Knights and for Dames.

The Order has their own uniforms with trousers for men and skirts for the ladies.

If you have not bought the uniform through the Order of the uniforms or
clothing because of procedure made dress requirements at the various meetings and etc.

Standard Procedure consists of the following uniform:

For men:

For ladies:

mantel.

Order mantel is the only thing that must be worn attending. Procedure, recording ceremonies and

meetings for the Gala Banquet and others may be individually approved to be worn other.

The Mantel cost: 160 U.S. Dollars The Mantel does belong to the Order at all time.

Swords :

The Order has their own sword is replica of Knight Templar swords from the middle ages.

Swords can only be ordered through the order.

We uses Knight Templar sword of light, the gold edition with dark butt.
As a ceremonial sword used to King Solomon's sword as all will recall, it
was King Solomon who built the great temple to God Almighty, therefore it
is the only right choice to invest the Knights and Dame’s oath with.

King Solomon's sword can be acquired by Knights sitting in the
International Council, and of the grand masters of the individual countries.

Finally, there is a Knight Templar dagger. It is used as a symbol of selfcontained unit that is

subject to the general rules of order.

Prices for the Regalia and Uniforms The uniform is standard procedure for men and ladies, cost:
500 U.S. Dollars

The uniform can be requested only when authorized by: Order of Truth.

The dress sword belongs to the uniforms worn only by men, costs: 250 U.S. Dollars

The sword can be requested only when the man accepted knighthood in the order.
King Solomon's sword can only be obtained in connection of approval from the International Council.

The sword comes in 2 colors:

Red and gold: For the International Council.

Blue and gold: For Grand Masters.

If any member desire or want a sword for display use, all members can
Order the King Solomon sword with black and gold handle.

This sword is not allowed and accepted used for investitures.
King Solomon's sword Price: 285 us dollars.
It can only be obtained on approval by The International Council in the Order.

The Dagger is the Knight Templar short style sword.

This can only be obtained by approval from the Grand Masters and the International Council.

The Dagger Price: 150 us dollars.

Medals and Regalia:

The Medals can be bought when approved by the either International council or the Grandmasters.

The Medals belongs to the Order and is obtained when a donation is paid.

The required donation to the order for each medal Price: 45 us dollars.

If generating sanction against a member of the Order, should medals must be returned to the

International Council.

The medals belongs to the Order.

Right to one or more medals:

If a knight/Dame again achieves rank or the right to one or more medals
these must be restored with the previously mentioned donation for each
medal: 45 us dollars

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING REGALIA AND UNIFORMS:

Hereby follows the guidelines of what must be kept, and what must be returned for destruction:

 Swords of King Solomon Red handle belong to the Order, at all times.

 Swords of King Solomon Blue handle belong to the Order, at all times.

 Swords of King Solomon Black handle belong to the Obtainer, at all times.

 A member batch with ID card Red Cross belongs to the Order at all times.

 A member batch with ID card Blue Cross belongs to the Order at all times.

 A member batch with ID card Grey Cross belongs to the Order at all times.

 A member batch with ID card Beige cross belongs to the receiver at all times.

 Standard membership ID card with Red Cross and photo belongs to the knights. 

 Standard membership ID card with Blue Cross and photo belongs to the knights.

 Standard membership ID card with Grey Cross and photo belongs to the knights.

 Standard membership ID card with Beige Cross and photo belongs to the receivers.

Medals:

The Order Medal Property of the Order at all times can be given to keep by decree.

The Grand Cross Property of the Order at all times can be given to keep by decree.

The Council Grand Cross Property of the Order at all times can be given to keep by decree.

Order of Merit 3rd degree Private and for the receiver to keep at all times (unless Fraud.)

Order of Merit 2nd degree Private and for the receiver to keep at all times (unless Fraud).

Order of Merit 1st degree Private and for the receiver to keep at all times (unless Fraud).

Medal of Honor extern distinction Property of the Order at all times can be given to keep by decree.

Medal of Honor internal distinction Property of the Order at all times can be given to keep by decree.

Medal of Recognition 3rd degree Property of the Order at all times, can be given to keep by decree.

Medal of Recognition 2nd degree Property of the Order at all times, can be given to keep by decree.

Medal of recognition 1st degree Property of the Order at all times can be given to keep by decree.

Medal Honorable Knights Private and for the receiver to keep at all times (unless Fraud).

 Mantels belong to the Order at all times. As the mantel carries the Orders coat of Arms and

represent the Order.

The Order Mantel can and will never be for keeping unless announced specific by decree to
the specific member, and published on the Orders website with the reason for the decree.

As well it is recorded in the Order Protocol and History.

 The obtained sword witch goes with the Uniform belongs to the Knights, as only men carries that.

Belongs to the individual obtainer as it does not contain any symbolic belonging to the Order.

 The Uniform: Belong to the Knights and Dames after being obtained.
The Uniforms do however carries symbols of the Order.

 The accessories, badge for the Hat, Coat of arms for the Shoulder and id numbers for the neck:

Belongs to the Order; this must be taken of the Uniform, and returned to the nearest Priory

and forward to International Council for destruction. 

(The Mentioned accessories can be removed without putting damage to the Uniform)
