The Imperial Order of Truth

Article 28 

Titles and Honours

 

His Imperial Royal Highness The Prince-Grand Prince and the Crown Prince as Supreme Imperial Fons Honorius (Fount of Honour) and Font of the Imperial House of Rurikovich the Imperial Chivalric Order of Rurikovich, may by His decree Grant Title and Honours.

 

All Titles and Honours of HIH, HIM and HI&RH are reserved for blood relations, those in marital union with blood relations and Children adopted by HI&RH the Prince - Grand Prince or the Crown Prince of the Imperial House of Rurikovich if He so chooses. These rights are for males only.

 

In Marriage wife or legal consort of the male Highnesses of the Imperial House of Rurikovich Shall automatically upon moment of completion of marital vows assume and be granted title of:

 

HI&RH & DSH - His Imperial Royal Highness and Divine Serene Highness Princess of the Imperial House of Rurikovich and the Imperial Consort also titled as Shadow Grand Master Imperial Chivalry order of Rurikovich and Dame International Grand Cross ICGC in the Imperial Order of Truth.    

 

The wife of the Male Imperial Grand Master shall not be neither granted Font nor Fons Honorius of the House, nor be in line of successions unless otherwise prior decreed by the Prince- Grand Prince or the Crown Prince of the Imperial House of Rurikovich.

 

The inheritance is passed on according to primogeniture, the principle of the first-born male, from the father to the eldest son, as long as the direct line of inheritance exists. In case that the direct line becomes extinct, the principle of primogeniture is re-established according to the order of birth among the Children of the last Monarch.

 

The order of birth among the children of the Monarch controls the order of their right to the Throne. In that sense there is no freedom of election or free will as such.

 

In case of a formal abdication by any member of the Royal Family regarding his position in the order of succession, that position is automatically transferred to the member of the Royal Family next in line according to the date of birth.

 

Female heirs inherit in successions when male heirs have been exhausted. This procedure can be rearranged by the decision of the Monarch who has no immediate heirs.

 

That Granted Title with Fons Honorius must adhere to the following when granting title or titles are void by the House. Upon granting a title, the following must be submitted to the House for registry. This must contain the following:

Letter via post or E-mail Signed by both Granter and Grantee with Date, List of All other titles the individual may hold, including Citizen of, PhD etc. (ALL) Full name, surname, House name of individual if part of an existing House.

 

Means of contact, be it an e-mail address, mailing address or phone number.  Individual Granted title must always provide means of contact to the house, hence if the information changes individual must send updated contact information to the House.

 

The individual is minded He or She is the Representative of the House and shall act in proper manner in accordance with The Constitution of the Imperial House of Rurikovich, Imperial Chivalric Order of Rurikovich and the Imperial Order of Truth.

 

Titled granted will be revoked if Grantee does not adhere to Constitution or has provided false information.  This letter need not be notarized as the House, not the government of outside state, validates title. (The titles of Honour as nobles of the Imperial House of Rurikovich are being notarized by legal lawyer or other governmental offices).

 

This letter of the Imperial Chivalric Order of Rurikovich and The Imperial Order of Truth is only for House Registry, and Title is deemed valid upon receipt thereof.

 

If by any reason the Prince-Grand Prince or the Crown Prince deems Grantee unfit or to be part of a Group or association that is anti the decrees of the Constitution of the Imperial House of Rurikovich, the Imperial Chivalric Order of Rurikovich, or the Imperial Order of Truth, in which case Grantee will be issued a notice from the Imperial House of Rurikovich, the Imperial Chivalric Order of Rurikovich, or the Imperial Order of Truth, which may either inform the individual that title will not be Granted or request information before title is Granted.

 

 

             §28A.               

Titles and Honours Granted by 

Prince-Grand Prince-Crown Prince

or

Superior Grand Master

 

• 1. It is granted for life to individuals or to the individual for infinitum thereby inheritable by the                              progeny of the individual.

 

• 2. Titles may be with Full Fons Honourees, Partial Fons Honourees, or Minor Fons Honourees.

 

 

                            §28B.                                   

Full Fons Honorum

 

• 1. The Individual granted Full Fons Honourees may grant all titles below his or her own rank to others in                  accordance with the Constitution of the Imperial House of Rurikovich and the Imperial Chivalric Order of              Rurikovich for life or infinitum. But never honours or titles in the Imperial Order of Truth                                      without the accept from the Inter National Council order of Truth

 

 

§28C.

                                  

Lifetime Fons Honorum

 

• 1. The Individual may grant only titles below his or her own rank as decreed by the Prince-Grand Prince-Crown        Prince of the Imperial House of Rurikovich or after consulting with the Prince-Grand Prince-Crown Prince of          the Imperial House of Rurikovich with approval these titles are only for life and may not be passed down              unless specifically decreed by the Prince-Grand Prince-Crown Prince of the Imperial House of Rurikovich.

Full Minor Fons Honourees types  granted by

• 1. Full Minor Fons Honourees: This allows the individual to Grant title of Count - Countess                                        and lower as infinitum titles which may be passed down to Progeny, to Knight freely.

 

§28E. 

              

Minor Fons Honourees types  granted by 

Prince-Grand Prince

Crown Prince

of the

Imperial House of Rurikovich.

 

• 1. Minor Fons Honourees: This allows the individual to Grant title of Count - Countess and lower for life                    titles which may not be passed down, to Knight freely.

 

• 2. No Member of the Imperial House of Rurikovich and Imperial Chivalric Order of Rurikovich shall sell nor                transfer the titles, except as passed down to his/her children were specified any attempt to do so and                the Title granted shall be considered voided.

 

• 3. The list below is the ranking system of titles that may be granted by the Prince-Grand Prince-Crown Prince          of the Imperial House of Rurikovich., no other Titles or Styling will be granted, unless by special decree.

 

• 4. Misuse of titles or acting against the decrees of this constitution, against the Imperial Family of the Imperial        House of Rurikovich, Imperial Chivalric Order of Rurikovich, the Imperial Order of Truth or against                        His Imperial Royal Highness the Superior Grand Master will cause the granted titles and/ or granted Minor            Fons Honorum to be void.

 

 

§28F. 

                                  

Descriptions of the royal and honour titles

 

• 1. The Royal and Imperial Titles are a Heritage and by bloodline of royals only, these cannot be granted or sold,        they are only by marriage or heritage

 

• 2. The honorary titles can only be granted by HI&RH the Superior Grand Master, or the Imperial House of                  Rurikovich.

 

• 3. Imperial King/Queen titled as HI&RH. This is for royal blood lines alone.

 

• 4. Kings& Queens titled as HI&RH and/or HIRM, and four as HERH. (For Royal Bloodlines only)

 

• 5. Grand Duke& Grand Duchess titled as HIH, HIM, HI&RH, and/or HIRM (for Royal Bloodlines only)

 

• 6. Grand Duke/Grand Duchess and Archduke/Archduchess of the Royal and Imperial Sovereign House of                    Rurikovich may also use the title of Prince/Princess. Only my Heirs by blood in proper successions or                    appointed Heir by direct decree may use Crown Prince/Princess.

 

• 7. Archduke& Archduchess / Prince Princess titled as HIH, HH, and/or HSH .Honour titles for the                              Orders but regarding the House (for bloodlines only).

 

• 8. Infant & Infante / Duke& Duchess / Marquees & Marchioness / Marquis& Marquise / Margrave & Margraves            / Count/Earl & Countess / Viscount& Viscount’s / Baron& Baroness                                                                      (may be granted to those found worthy) by the Prince-Grand Prince-Crown Prince of the Imperial House of            Rurikovich Or by the Supreme Royal Grand Master Imperial Chivalric Order of Rurikovich or Honour Nobility          by the Superior Grand Master Order of Truth.

 

• 9. Title of Lord/Lady: this is generally a title used only in the United Kingdom. Landowners in the United                  Kingdom may register as a Lord or Lady with the House of Lords. It is also a conjunctive title used with                other titles such as Lord Mayor. In the Imperial House of Rurikovich, anyone titled from Marquis down to              Baron or Knighted Sir/Dame may use Lord or Lady in conjunction with, or instead of, appointed title.                    Dukes and above shall use title as granted, unless also knighted then he or she may use both.

 

Only four of this Title/Styling will be granted by the

Prince-Grand Prince

&

Crown Prince

of the Imperial House of Rurikovich.
